Chapter 7 attorney flat fee will vary based on the facts of a particular case. Stated fee is the minimum charged by this office for professional services. Flat fee covers services defined by written fee agreement. Circumstances arising after filing can result in additional attorney fees, but the nature of those circumstances and the fee structure for addressing them is explained before you retain this office. In all Chapter 7 cases, additional costs include $306.00 in court costs, as well as expenses for necessary third-party provided services, including, but not limited to, provision of special credit reports, confirmation of tax information, and counseling and education required by the Bankruptcy Code. Fees are better explained and understood after evaluation of the consumer's circumstances.
